Tracy is driven by growth, innovation and measurable results. This cuts across his experience as an entrepreneur, a consultant, a corporate executive and, more recently, an angel investor. As VP of Performance Marketing and Go-To-Market at YPG, he assembled a team that built Canada’s leading SEM & SEO provider, launched Websites Solutions and introduced an online analytics platform. Tracy also initiated the company’s investment in Montreal-based Acquisio and served on its board of directors.

As a consultant with Deloitte Consulting (Braxton) and subsequently with IDEO Consulting, a firm he co-founded, Tracy helped telecommunications and media companies such as Vodafone, Orange and Bell devise and implement their growth strategies mainly in the areas of new technologies, products and distribution channels.

Tracy holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
