Randy Smerik is an experienced serial entrepreneur, with over 20 years’ experience in management, engineering, and sales/marketing in the computer software, silicon, and networking industries. He was the Founder and President/CEO of Tarari, Inc. (sold to LSI Corp. for approx $100 million) and the General Manager of Intel’s Network Equipment Division, which he joined in 1999 as part of the $500 million acquisition of IPivot, Inc., where Randy was the VP of Product Development/Marketing. Randy has also held senior management positions at BEA Systems, NCR Corporation, Teradata, and AT&T. His latest venture, still in stealth mode, is Osunatech. A sought-after speaker and thought leader in the fields of venture capital, computer engineering, networking, software, and entrepreneurship, Randy is an investor and advisor to a variety of startups and investment organizations.
