Nicolas brings years of expertise in the field of mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity. He currently advises the most successful Canadian Tech companies when they raise equity or acquire/sell strategic businesses.
Before joining Canaccord Genuity Nicolas worked for Novacap one of the largest Canadian private equity investment fund where he focused on the tech sector participating in acquisitions of software and technology companies.
Nicolas is originally from France and before settling in Quebec he worked in Paris, London and Dubai for Morgan Stanley and Rothschild.
