John Vincent has spent twenty-five years both managing and investing in mid-market businesses. After four years with Canadian General Electric, he moved to the financial sector at merchant bank CCFL where he spent seven years, rising to Vice President before deciding to be an operator. He was CEO or COO of three private companies including Electroline Equipment Inc., where as CEO he engineered and executed a turnaround and then oversaw the successful divestiture of the business. He is a Jack-of-all-trades, combining varied operating experience, strategy development skills and financial acumen. John holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering BEE (McGill) and an MBA (INSEAD).
