Jean-François is a serial entrepreneur in the High Technology field. He is currently the Chief product officer at JDA, a position he assumes after being Vice President for the Center of Excellence, Advanced Analytics & Optimization at Red Prairie Corporation and after leading, as CEO, the successful sale of Planora in July of 2012.

As a CEO, he has led the company efforts to bring to market a highly disruptive SAAS solution in the extremely competitive Workforce Management Space. He was also responsible for and successfully led two financing rounds for the company.

Prior to joining Planora in 2007, Jean-François served as the Director of Products / co-founder at Logiweb, a leading custom Web Development firm in Quebec from 2002-2007.

Since 2002, he has managed a number of implementation projects for companies with thousands of employees.

He has initiated and directed a number of AI and optimization R&D projects that have been used with success in many solutions.

Through the years and projects, Jean-François has developed, transferred and applied best practices in many industries such as Call-Centers, Healthcare, Airports Services, Retail, Security and many others.
