More information about Israel Ben-Ishai
Israel is a veteran of the high tech industry and a master of engineering and operational execution. His long career spans several software sectors where he developed, mentored and scaled up great teams, from under ten engineers to several hundreds and from a few initial customers to thousands of satisfied customers. In recent years Israel adopted the SCRUM methodology without abandoning good traditional project management and strong system testing.
After the Novell acquisition of PlateSpin in 2008 Israel was invited to assume a major role as the global engineering Vice President for the SRM business unit.
In April 2011 Novell was sold to Attachmate and taken private. Israel immediately embarked on the next small company venture and joined Blueprint Software.
At Blueprint Software Israel planned and executed an exemplary turnaround of the engineering team and the company’s major make or break project.
Israel is now a senior advisor to the industry and a social entrepreneur
