With his most recent venture, Neuralitic, Audry spent 5 years as co-founder & CEO.Under his leadership, Neuralitic filed over 22 patents, marketed the product in over 20 countries. Mr. Larocque developed business strategies and raised venture capital, attracting over $20M to fuel growth. Before co-founding Neuralitic, Mr. Larocque co-founded and spent 5 years as CEO of Cilys, a wireless software infrastructure vendor founded in 2001. He led Cilys through successive rounds of financing established a foothold in international markets. He was integral to the acquisition of Cilys by Openwave Systems in January 2005. Mr. Larocque also co-founded Deuteron which was acquired by Epsilia in 2008. Mr. Larocque has extensive experience in venture capital, business strategy and commercialization strategies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in marketing from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and completed the executive development program at the MIT.
